Silk Classes are open! A unique way to have fun and get in shape. We push you to learn some fun and simple moves as well some harder moves that will impress anyone!

4-5:30 pm Flex and Flow with Antoine
5:30-6:15 pm Intermediate Level

$18 Drop -In
For large families: First kid are $15 each and then $10 per kid
Monthly
$65 for 1 Class a Week
$115 for all Aerial classes
